NVIDIA reported record revenue of $68.1 billion in the fourth quarter of fiscal 2026, up 20% sequentially and 73% year over year, as demand for AI infrastructure continues to accelerate.
Data center revenue for the quarter reached a record $62.3 billion, an increase of 22% sequentially and 75% year over year. For the full fiscal year, total revenue increased 65% to $215.9 billion, and data center revenue increased 68% to $193.7 billion.
GAAP diluted earnings per share were $1.76 for the quarter and $4.90 for the year. Net income for fiscal 2026 increased 65% to $120.1 billion. Gross profit margin for the quarter continued to rise at 75.0%.
CEO Jensen Huang said computing demand is growing exponentially, pointing to companies’ accelerated adoption of agent AI and continued investment in AI infrastructure.
During fiscal 2026, NVIDIA returned $41.1 billion to shareholders through share repurchases and dividends. The company announced that it will pay a quarterly cash dividend of $0.01 per share on April 1, 2026.
NVIDIA expects revenue to be $78 billion (plus or minus 2%) in the first quarter of 2027, but said its outlook does not include data center computing revenue from China.
The stock price closed the regular session up about 1.4%. Shares rose more than 3% in after-hours trading as investors reacted to the boost in earnings and strong forward guidance.
