A few weeks after announcing pricing restrictions for Claude and the popular Claude code, artificial will Upgrade to Claude Enterprise and Teams customers to access more usage and Claude code and access one thing Subscription.
The upgrade includes more admin controls and new compliance APIs, providing enterprises with “access to usage data and customer content to improve observation, audit and governance.”
Using a subscription of Claude and Claude code, Anthropic said users can “moves seamlessly between ideas and implementations, but also get the visibility and control needed for administrators to scale Claude across their organization.”
A different premium seat from the standard seating received by most people in your organization can be used with both Claude Code and Claude Code. Administrators can assign individual premium sheets based on their role in the organization.

Throttle rate
Humanity’s announcement about the additional use of Enterprise and team users sparked critics, with critics demanding that the company remove Claude’s rate limit.
The company said the rate limit, which begins on August 28, would free up space for more projects and prevent people who “abuse” the system by overusing Claude code.
In an email, Humanity told VentureBeat that the existing five-hour usage limit still exists for premium seats for the Enterprise and Team, which are the same as Max 5X users.
“Currently, with the new Claude code bundle, both standard (claude.ai access) and premium (claude.ai + claude code access) sheets have additional usage options, and administrators have robust sheet management controls, allowing power users to continue their workflow with Claude.
Administrators and Compliance Control
According to humanity, the upgrade draw revolves around additional controls and enterprise-ready features.
“Although individual MAX plans work for personal use, enterprise bundles provide the security, compliance, analysis and management capabilities that organizations need at scale,” the company says.
Humanity’s prominent enterprise customers often need to choose between speed and governance, so they need to implement manager control and compliance capabilities. It also integrates costs from individual accounts to a wider range of businesses using Claude code.
Enterprise IT administrators can manage their seats, such as purchasing and assigning seats, configuring spending management, and viewing Claude code analysis for Claude. You can also set tool permissions, policy settings, and MCP configurations.
He said that because seat counts are based on the number of premium or standard seats businesses require, humanity offers flexible pricing.
The compliance API allows businesses, particularly those in the regulatory sector, to access Claude usage data and customer content for surveillance and policy enforcement. APIs allow organizations to bring Claude data to their compliance and orchestration dashboards.
