Cryptocurrency markets traded mixedly over the past 24 hours, with sector trends diverging. PayFi and DeFi led the gains, rising 3.96% and 3.86% respectively, with Uniswap (UNI) surging over 45% following proposals to introduce protocol fees and adjust the token incentive model. Bitcoin has stabilized around $105,000 with small movements, while Ethereum has fallen nearly 2% and at one point fell below $3,600. The RWA token recorded moderate gains and the meme sector showed selective strength led by TRUMP. Performance, on the other hand, varied across infrastructure tokens. Layer 2 names outperformed Starknet, but suffered a slight overall decline. Meanwhile, the Layer 1 and CeFi sectors fell despite some notable companies such as HBAR and CRO.
