Fusaka $2,000,000 Audit Contest! | Ethereum Foundation Blog

Today we look forward to announce the launch of our co-hosted Fusaka Audit Contest. Gnosis and Lidohosted SherlockI’ve been running for four weeks starting September 15th. The goal is simple. The network can be impacted before maximizing Fusaka upgrades and surface fragility scrutiny.

To raise interest, the valid findings reported in the first week are 2x multiplier People in the second week are paid to their points 1.5x multiplier. We have prepared to help security researchers Fusaka Audit Guide.

Thank you to Gnosis for your contributions 100,000 USD Lido for contribution 25,000 USD For the contest. Beyond funding, co-sponsors are strategically important to the ecosystem, as Ethereum upgrades impact everyone, and distributing support to multiple organizations reinforces that protocol security is not the sole responsibility of a single entity.

What is an Audit Contest?

An audit contest is a time-limited competition designed to strengthen protocols. Security researchers are encouraged to actively search for vulnerabilities in the Fusaka code base based on defined rules. Only influential, rules-compliant findings will be rewarded.

After the contest, all findings will be compiled into reviews, validations and official reports. This tracks and mitigates discovered vulnerabilities, and shares lessons learned. Top researchers are recognized for their contributions.

Bug Bounty Program

Other than our ongoing Fusaka Bug Bounty Program Provide the greatest reward 250,000 USD About vulnerabilities affecting the broader Ethereum protocol.
