Strategy co-founder Michael Saylor signaled the 11th consecutive week of purchases of Bitcoin (BTC), a winning streak that began on April 14th.
“In 21 years, you’d want them to buy more,” Saylor wrote to her 4.4 million followers on X.
The company’s latest Bitcoin acquisition saw its strategy purchase of 245 btc for $26 million on June 23, raising its total holdings to 592,345 BTC, exceeding $63.6 billion.
Strategy’s Bitcoin Treasury is the world’s largest company, BTC owner. According to Bitcointreasuries, Saylor’s company holds more than twice the BTC in the top 20 competing Bitcoin finance companies.
Analysts continue to debate whether the company’s rapid accumulation of Bitcoin will cause a supply shock, increasing the price of BTC.
Other market participants raised concerns about the sustainability of the company’s Bitcoin financial model employed by strategy-matching companies to cover debt and equity in the acquisition of BTC.

A recent report from Venture Capital Firm Breed shows that when Bitcoin prices fall, only a small portion of Bitcoin finance companies will survive.
“When failures are inevitably hit, the strongest players are likely to acquire a company that is struggling and consolidate the industry,” the author of the report wrote.
“The new Treasury is facing this risk even more sharply because they have to raise funds under tougher conditions and at a higher leverage ratio than strategy,” according to Breed.
The report said the strategy is very likely to overcome the next major market slump, as it has overcome its size, BTC Holdings and the previous bear market.
The strategy maintained discipline and continued to accumulate Bitcoin through the bare market.
Strategic Investor and Market Analyst Jeff Walton recently predicted that the company could have a 91% chance of participating in the S&P 500, the stock index of 500 big companies listed on the US stock market in the second quarter of 2025.
